July 15th is officially BC Blueberry Day in British Columbia and is the perfect kick-off to #GoBlueBC. The online celebration at GoBlueBC.cahouses how-to videos, chef and grower interviews, recipes, family-friendly activities, and exciting contests with premier partners, White Spot, Triple O’s, and BC Ferries! The website also features links to the province’s BC Blueberry producers, helping you find fresh BC Blueberries in your area. #GoBlueBC will run online from July 15th until August 2nd. All contest winners will be announced on August 3rd.
About the “BC Blueberry Breakfast” Event
On July 15th (BC Blueberry Day), the BC Blueberry Council kicks off the #GoBlueBC online celebration with a private in-person “BC BlueberryBreakfast” event at Krause Berry Farms & Estate Winery in Langley, BC. This invite-only event aims to highlight local restaurant partners (Krause Berry Farms & Estate Winery, Gabi & Jules, and Beaucoup Bakery), that are using BC Blueberries in their dishes throughout the fresh season.
