With the return of Symphony Splash, Fairmont Empress is setting the stage for an exclusive champagne garden party on its iconic lawn. On August 3, 2025, guests are invited to take a seat, pop a bottle of Veuve Clicquot, and soak in the show from the best spot in the city.
Symphony Splash is one of Victoria’s most well-regarded events. After a five-year hiatus, the barge is returning to the Inner Harbour with Victoria Symphony playing for the crowd, entertaining tens of thousands of people who gather in the heart of the city. The symphony’s concert is followed by a display of fireworks for all to enjoy.
As the orchestra strikes up and the city comes alive this August long weekend, indulge in a bubbly garden party package to set the tone for a night of celebration.
